Open enrollment students and students wishing to transfer within the district should call the Educational Complex at 330-830-3900 ext. 50112.

Documents needed for registration include:

•  Birth certificate
•  Social Security card
•  Proof of residency documents such as: deed, rental agreement, tax statement
•  Immunization records in accordance with A.G. 5320 (mumps, poliomyelitis,  diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, rubeola, rubella, and for kindergarten students enrolled since the beginning of 1999 school year, hepatitis B)
• Court-ordered custody or guardianship documents stating parental rights and responsibilities
•  Last report card and, if applicable, IEP report
•  High school students transferring from another school district must submit an official transcript from the sending school in order for the student to receive credit for course work. Report cards will not be considered sufficient evidence for granting credit towards graduation.
